Do not begin by changing every color. Begin with the one outcome your product promises, then remove or rename every workflow that does not support it. A smaller coherent product feels more valuable than a large generic one.

A starter is easiest to own when its boundaries remain obvious.
- Keep provider secrets behind server routes.
- Centralize roles and authorization rules.
- Store reusable product language in typed data files.
- Build new UI from the same token and component layer.
Launch with evidence
Before adding the tenth feature, watch five people complete the core journey. Their hesitation will tell you more about the roadmap than a month of speculative polishing.
